Part-Time Parking Attendant

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a part-time Parking Attendant for the SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH, under the direct supervision of the Security Manager. The role supports event parking operations, directs vehicles, assists guests and helps keep traffic flowing safely and efficiently in the arena parking lots. It is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage vehicle traffic entering and exiting parking areas to ensure safe and efficient flow during events.
• Assist guests with parking passes, lot access and general parking directions, including routes to arena entrances, accessible parking, rideshare locations and designated sections.
• Support parking operations before, during and after events.
• Monitor parking areas for safety concerns, unauthorized activity or operational issues and report them to the Security Manager.
• Set up and remove parking cones, barricades, signage and designated parking areas as directed.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer guests' questions.
• Communicate with security, operations and event personnel to support event safety and operations.
• Follow arena policies, safety procedures and security guidelines, and help keep parking areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in event venues, security, parking operations or guest services is a plus.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays based on the event schedule.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods, work outdoors in various weather, and lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation is competitive hourly pay. There are no supervisory responsibilities.
