Part-Time Non-Credit Community Education Faculty

About the role

The University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville seeks qualified professionals to teach non‑credit community education classes. This part‑time position involves delivering instruction during evenings or Saturdays to adult learners and high‑school participants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging non‑credit coursework across a variety of subjects.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Coordinate class schedules and communicate with students.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the listed instructional areas.
• Ability to teach adult learners in an evening or weekend setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
