Part-Time Maintenance Technician

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Maintenance Technician for its Bella Tess community in Spokane Valley, Washington. The role involves ensuring that the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform timely repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by completing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain and repair building systems, grounds, and common‑area equipment.
• Perform routine inspections to uphold safety and appearance standards.
• Collaborate with the property team to deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during scheduled hours (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm).
