Part-time Leasing Professional – Venice on Rose

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional for its Venice on Rose community in Los Angeles. The role supports marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software (OneSite, Yardi) and track leasing activity and resident demographics.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely execution of renewal documents.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance, and work in all weather conditions.
• All required state and local licensing or certifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property management software.
• Experience using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
