Part-Time Leasing Professional (The Martin)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Leasing Professional to join the team at The Martin community. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from tour to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle including applications, credit and background checks, lease preparation, and move‑in coordination.
• Inspect units before resident move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and maintain accurate leasing records.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite and Knock leasing platforms.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Yardi property‑management software.
