Part-Time Leasing Professional – Midtown Green

About the role

The Leasing Professional will support Midtown Green, a stabilized mid‑rise community in Raleigh, NC. This part‑time position focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends, within a 25‑hour weekly limit.
• Basic understanding of leasing processes and real‑estate market dynamics.
