Part-Time Leasing Consultant

About the role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to join the team at Bexley Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, TX. This role offers 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and the chance to deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads and phone inquiries, schedule appointments and conduct community tours for prospects.
• Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, collect security deposits and obtain resident signatures.
• Provide day-to-day resident support including renewals, notices, pet approvals, transfers, and account questions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, walk apartments before occupancy, monitor property needs and follow up on work orders.
• Facilitate move-in experiences, plan resident activities and host events.
• Handle move-out procedures, process security-deposit dispositions and post rent payments.
• Track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.

What we offer

• 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including 2-3 Saturdays per month.
• Pay of $20 per hour plus quarterly bonus potential (non-commission based).
