Part-time Key Holder – Retail Store (Madison, WI)

About the role

The Key Holder supports store leadership in daily operations at Levi's® Premium Store in Hilldale, Madison. This part‑time role involves managing opening and closing procedures, handling store keys and alarms, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain assigned store keys, alarm code, and safe code.
• Complete all store opening and closing activities.
• Process employee transactions at the register.
• Perform weekly inventory reconciliation and RFID adjustments.
• Spend up to 30% of time on leadership duties such as limited CEL coverage, receiving shipments, and coordinating armored carrier pickups.
• Guide and coach the store team while acting as a CEL when needed.

Required profile

• Available to work a part‑time schedule with flexibility for opening, closing, and critical shifts.
• Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to manage store keys and cash.
• Comfortable handling inventory tasks and supporting store leadership.
