About the role
The Central Arkansas Library System is seeking a part‑time Housekeeping Technician to maintain cleanliness at the Dee Brown Library in Little Rock.
Key responsibilities
- Clean restrooms, floors, glass surfaces, and furniture
- Empty trash cans and vacuum areas
- Dust and disinfect high‑touch surfaces
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
Required profile
- Some experience in housekeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Arkansas driver’s license
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
- Available Monday‑Friday 7 am‑11 am and occasional weekend hours
What we offer
- Starting salary of $15.00 per hour
- Paid time off and holiday pay
- Eligibility to participate in the CALS 457 retirement plan
