Part-Time Household Manager – Meal Prep & Home Support

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Household Manager to keep our Belmont home running smoothly. The role combines meal preparation, laundry, pet care and general organization for a creative tech‑industry family with two school‑age children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare three healthy dinners per week, including ingredient prep, lunch boxes and snack preparation.
• Take full responsibility for family laundry, linen rotation and keep laundry areas stocked.
• Maintain daily household order: dishes, surfaces, tidying, and resetting the home before the bi‑weekly cleaner arrives.
• Manage pet feeding, vet appointments and supply subscriptions for two indoor cats.
• Handle inventory, grocery lists (Alexa/Instacart), mail, occasional errands and coordinate vendor visits.
• Support family logistics such as school backpacks, activity calendars and occasional pickup/drop‑off.

Required profile

• Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a lively, creative household.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to maintain a smoke‑free environment.
• Comfortable around indoor cats and occasional dog hair.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
