Part-Time House Manager with Meal Prep Support

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, warm‑hearted individual to manage our busy Canton household on a part‑time basis. The role combines meal planning, home organization, and family support to keep daily life running smoothly for two young children, pets, and occasional rental‑property duties.

Key responsibilities

• Plan weekly dinner menus, prep ingredients, and batch‑cook breakfasts; prepare specialized meals for a child with high support needs.
• Maintain daily household resets: light tidying, dishes, vacuuming high‑traffic areas, and kitchen clean‑up.
• Organize and refresh the garage, backyard, and indoor/outdoor spaces; manage seasonal clothing swaps and donation drop‑offs.
• Handle laundry, linens, and inventory of pantry, pet supplies, and household essentials.
• Provide backup childcare, pet care, and occasional house‑sitting during family travel.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor visits, vehicle maintenance, and support a nearby rental property as needed.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
• Physically capable of navigating a multi‑level home and lifting up to 40 lb.
• Comfortable working around children, including those with complex needs, and displaying patience, care, and warmth.
• Consistent, punctual, and able to act proactively without being asked.
