Part-Time Dance Assistant (Extra Help)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Dance Assistant to provide extra help to dance students ranging from preschool to elementary levels at Phillips Community College’s Helena campus. This temporary, fixed‑term position supports the dance program by assisting instructors and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dance instructors during classes and rehearsals.
• Support preschool and elementary dance students with warm‑ups, technique drills, and classroom management.
• Maintain a clean and safe studio space.
• Help coordinate schedules and communicate with students and parents as needed.

Required profile

• Strong dance background and experience working with young learners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as required.
