About the role

The Cook prepares a variety of food items at the Chef’s discretion, operating key kitchen equipment and focusing on prep work in a fast‑paced environment. This position works under the direction of Kitchen Leadership and is essential for smooth kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables using equipment such as Flat Top, Grill and Saute stations.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station while following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to ensure effective product flow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years prior restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Food Handler certification.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• Operating kitchen equipment (Flat Top, Grill, Saute, etc.).
• Food safety and hygiene compliance.
