Part Time Concierge (Fri-Sat) – Wardman Park Lease Up

About the role

The Part‑Time Concierge supports residents and prospects at Wardman Park during the busy Friday‑Saturday lease‑up period. Working on‑site, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with everyday resident services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait.
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate team member, and follow up on service‑request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest‑suite schedule, verify payments, and ensure cleanliness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading‑dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Log all package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and keep tracking records for equipment rentals and other services.
• Assist the community team in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
