About the role
Phileo Shared Services is looking for a part-time Communications Manager to lead marketing and communications for a network of partner Christian schools. The role is primarily remote, with occasional meetings in the greater Philadelphia area.
Key responsibilities
- Assess each school’s current marketing and communications activities, identify gaps and align them with the school’s mission and brand.
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan and communications calendar tailored to each school.
- Support staff in managing social-media platforms and create strategies to boost engagement.
- Design brochures, digital assets and other marketing materials that reflect each school’s unique vision.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in marketing, communications or brand management, preferably in the nonprofit or education sector.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities, with a personal commitment to Christian values and the mission of DC.
