Paralegal – Legal Support & Client Advocacy

About the role

We are expanding our legal team and seeking a diligent, empathetic Paralegal to provide essential support to our clients while managing an independent caseload. The role blends client interaction, case management, and collaboration with attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional, ethical relationships and strict client confidentiality.
• Handle client inquiries and correspondence with compassion and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, co‑workers, attorneys, and external parties.
• Conduct legal research using various resources to support cases, contracts, and legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and organize correspondence and documents in line with company and legal guidelines.
• Assist attorneys with document preparation, case coordination, and trial readiness.
• Maintain and update legal databases, filing systems, and document repositories.
• Perform due‑diligence reviews, compliance checks, and identify case discrepancies.
• Participate in training sessions and support team goals.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience working in a law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal studies or related field, or Paralegal certification.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinking, self‑starter attitude, and strong productivity.
