Painter – Residential Property Maintenance

About the role

The Painter is responsible for delivering high‑quality interior and exterior painting for residential units at the Ascent Peachtree community. The role supports move‑in readiness by preparing apartments and assists the maintenance team with service requests as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and complete work order requests from supervisors, community staff, and residents.
• Paint interiors and exteriors of apartments in accordance with Greystar guidelines.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas after each painting task.
• Track and replenish maintenance supplies, ordering within budget when directed.
• Assist supervisors with vendor scheduling, bid collection, and oversight of contractor work.
• Accurately prepare and submit property invoices following established procedures.

Required profile

• Experience performing interior and exterior painting in residential settings.
• Ability to respond promptly and professionally to resident issues and repair requests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Basic inventory management skills for supplies and materials.
• Willingness to collaborate with maintenance staff and external contractors.
