Painter – Ascent Peachtree Property

About the role

The Painter will be responsible for delivering high‑quality interior and exterior paint work across apartments at the Ascent Peachtree community. This role supports move‑in readiness and assists the maintenance team with service requests as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior areas of apartments in line with Greystar guidelines.
• Prepare apartments for resident move‑in by completing paint work promptly.
• Schedule, monitor, and fulfill work order requests from supervisors, community staff, and residents.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas after each painting task.
• Manage inventory of painting supplies and order additional items within budget.
• Assist supervisors with vendor coordination, bid collection, and oversight of contractor work.
• Accurately prepare and submit property invoices according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to follow company painting standards and guidelines.
• Prompt, efficient, and professional response to resident issues and repair requests.
• Attention to detail in maintaining clean and safe work environments.
• Basic budgeting awareness for supply ordering.

• Painting – interior and exterior surfaces.
