Paid Social Media Specialist

About the role

Bloom Ads is expanding its team and seeks a motivated Paid Social Media Specialist to lead paid social campaigns from concept to reporting. This full‑time, on‑site position in Woodland Hills will work closely with the Creative team to ensure ads are compelling and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid social campaigns across assigned accounts, including creative development, targeting, setup, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Quality‑check spec sheets and confirm receipt of all creative assets.
• Monitor creative quality, campaign performance, and budget pacing, making reallocations as needed.
• Identify scaling opportunities and adjust tactics to exceed short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators on organic and paid initiatives.
• Work with internal and external partners to design impactful social marketing programs.
• Contribute to process improvements and stay current on industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of brand and acquisition campaign strategies.
• Data‑driven mindset with analytical and test‑and‑learn capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube advertising platforms.
• Hands‑on experience in content and editorial planning.
• Intermediate graphic design abilities.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Knowledge of tracking pixels, ad tags, and social performance analytics.
