About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a fast‑growing digital media team at a Google Premier Partner and top 3% U.S. marketing agency. The role is fully remote, serving clients across Latin America, and focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and maintain digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
• Implement accurate tracking, targeting, and ad creative to ensure campaign performance.
• Collect, organize, and report campaign data for internal dashboards and senior stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing performance summaries and visual reports.
• Collaborate with senior media planners to refine strategies based on data insights.
