Paid Media Specialist – Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist (Account Manager) to lead and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing U.S. direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce brand. The role focuses on managing campaigns across major ad platforms to drive revenue, customer acquisition and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Design audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and look‑alike audiences.
• Run creative, copy and landing‑page A/B tests to improve performance.
• Monitor budgets, maximise ROAS and manage CPA/CAC targets.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to enhance campaign results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent paid‑media experience for U.S.‑based companies.
• Proven experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands.
• Strong analytical skills and fluent English communication.
