Paid Ads Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Ads Graphic Designer to join a fast‑growing personal injury law firm’s performance‑marketing engine. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating high‑performing static, carousel, and animated ad creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and, when appropriate, for YouTube and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching static, carousel, and motion ad creatives that meet Meta specifications and drive conversions.
• Animate static concepts using After Effects to add subtle movement, text animation, and looping sequences.
• Produce multiple variations for A/B testing, adapting each concept across 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 placements.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and performance‑marketing team to translate briefs into on‑brand, conversion‑focused assets.
• Maintain a library of top‑performing templates and ensure brand consistency across all ad formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating Meta ad creative with a portfolio of high‑performing static, carousel, and animated ads.
• Ability to generate high‑volume variations quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection for fully remote work.
