Overnight Front Desk Agent – Experience Ambassador

About the role

Sentral is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent – Experience Ambassador to join its San Diego community. Working the 11:00 pm‑7:30 am shift, you will be the first point of contact for residents and homeshare guests, delivering hospitality‑focused service throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests by name, answer calls, messages and in‑person inquiries, and process requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Manage building access, monitor entry lobbies, and ensure security by tracking who enters and exits the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, stock refreshment stations, and handle light administrative tasks such as package management.
• Run daily reports, identify special requests, and follow up on maintenance or service issues.
• Promote property amenities and local attractions, distribute marketing materials, and support resident programming to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to disputes and emergencies promptly, adhering to safety and evacuation procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in‑person and via phone, email or text.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize multiple requests.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including the overnight shift.
