Outside Sales Professional

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Professional to join Northwest Exterminating’s team serving the Norcross, Roswell and Alpharetta area. You will be the face of our pest‑control services, meeting customers at their homes and businesses, delivering inspections, quotes and solutions while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, and prepare accurate service quotes.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships with local businesses.
• Communicate the value of our pest‑control solutions and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
• Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in an outdoor environment.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing various property areas.
• Sales experience preferred; no prior exterminating experience required.
