Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to help our internet services company expand into new U.S. markets. You will focus on acquiring small and medium‑sized business customers through proactive cold and warm calling, promoting our fiber internet solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective SMB customers.
• Promote fiber internet services and explain benefits over cable or DSL.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct discovery and needs‑based conversations to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Apply top‑down sales techniques to communicate value and drive purchasing decisions.
• Overcome objections and address customer concerns throughout the sales process.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Record all interactions, follow‑ups, and sales activity accurately in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, B2B, or a similar industry.
• Proven outbound sales and cold‑calling experience.
• Experience handling both cold and warm leads.
• Strong objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a performance‑based environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of prospects while maintaining quality conversations and follow‑up.
