OSS Java FullStack Architect

About the role

Infosys is seeking an OSS Java FullStack Architect to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions for telecom OSS/BSS environments, leveraging modern Java full‑stack, container, and streaming technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyse system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide architectural recommendations, contribute to framework development, and support enterprise architecture definition.
• Evaluate market technologies and tools, conduct comparative analyses, and select optimal solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, quality compliance, and contribute to build and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Monitor system performance, identify risks, and create architectural artifacts for the team’s knowledge repository.

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyse, design and develop scalable, secure architectures.
• Proven experience assessing multiple technologies and tools to determine the best fit for client requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and cross‑team collaboration.
