About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Retail MFCS Functional Consultant to join its Dallas team. In this position you will act as a Package Project Lead 2, guiding Oracle‑based retail projects from definition through delivery while collaborating with both technical teams and senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning, meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Evaluate deliverables, introduce new methodologies and tools, and embed quality planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks, working closely with quality assurance teams.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets and optimise resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and foster professional development.
