About the role

Infosys is seeking an Amazon Connect Developer to join its Engineering unit in Dallas, Texas. You will work as a Technology Consultant focusing on contact‑center solutions, AI services and data‑driven development.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements for contact‑center applications.
• Lead design discussions and capture architectural decisions for software solutions.
• Develop, test and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and apply best‑practice coding standards.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth roll‑outs.
• Investigate production incidents, propose preventive measures and maintain detailed knowledge‑base records.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for software design and hands‑on coding.
• Proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.
