About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, TX. You will work on AI‑driven digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions for software solutions.
• Develop, integrate and enhance features in existing Oracle‑based applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories and apply changes to the codebase.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyze results and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for new applications.
• Resolve production issues promptly and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code, testing techniques and support activities.
