About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, NC. You will work on AI‑driven digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned business requirements and support the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions for software solutions.
• Develop, code, and integrate new PL/SQL features while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and apply necessary changes.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for new applications.
• Resolve production issues promptly and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding within an Oracle environment.
