Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant - Senior Associate

About the role

As an Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant – Senior Associate, you will work with clients to deliver Oracle Human Capital Management solutions that modernize workforce processes. You will join PwC’s Workforce Technology team, building strong client relationships while mentoring junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence Management, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management.
• Configure and deploy Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher reports and analytics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand HR needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives and manage change for smooth system transitions.
• Support integration of AI and digital tools to enhance HR operations.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or MIS.
• Proven ability to manage HR transformation projects.
