About the role

The Infosys SURE unit is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead and deliver large‑scale ERP projects for clients in the services, utilities, energy and resources sectors. Based in Irvine, CA, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape digital transformation initiatives and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making to keep projects on track.
• Engage senior executives to define project scope, secure consensus and drive successful outcomes.
• Evaluate and refine project management processes, incorporating best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk‑management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses, participate in client discussions and shape go‑to‑market strategies.
• Allocate resources, set performance objectives and align team efforts with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for smooth adoption.
