Oracle EPM ARCS Consultant – Multiple US Locations

About the role

Infosys' Oracle unit is a global leader delivering Oracle Cloud and EPM solutions. As a Technology Consultant 2, you will work on Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS) projects across several US locations, helping clients modernise their finance processes and achieve operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned portions of business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, modify the codebase, and manage code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug‑fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge‑base enrichment.
