Oracle EBS Manufacturing Techno-Functional Principal Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Principal Consultant to lead Oracle EBS R12 manufacturing upgrades across multiple sites in the United States. The role combines deep functional knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes with strong technical expertise in Oracle Application Development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end upgrade projects from Oracle EBS R12.2.6 to 12.2.14, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Analyze and map business processes, configure manufacturing modules (INV, BOM, WIP, MSCA, Costing, Depot Repair) and ensure seamless cross‑module integration.
• Provide user training on modified forms, prepare detailed documentation, drive UAT, support cutover/go‑live activities and deliver hyper‑care support.
• Share lessons learned and domain knowledge with team members and act as a subject‑matter expert for manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of IT experience with a focus on Oracle EBS manufacturing modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent progressive experience).
• Proven experience delivering at least one full‑cycle Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade in a complex, multi‑site environment.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed and meet U.S. person eligibility requirements.
