About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for enterprise clients in Sunnyvale, CA. The role combines deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials with proven project management expertise to drive successful implementations and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents based on workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design high‑ and low‑level solution architectures, create prototypes, and refine designs through feedback.
• Lead development teams, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with architectural specifications.
• Define and execute testing strategies that meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Oversee technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software applications, ensuring timely deployment.
• Coordinate system rollouts, minimize operational disruption, and manage transition activities.
• Analyze incident trends, identify root causes, and implement monitoring and remediation plans.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases for easy access to critical information.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR) projects.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
