About the role
The Sales Associate nurtures existing accounts, reports sales forecasts and works closely with the assigned Regenerative Surgical Specialist (RSS) within the designated territory. The role involves daily calls on medical facilities and reporting to the Regional Director.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Regenerative Surgical Specialist to sell Kerecis products to designated medical facilities.
- Cold‑call identified physicians, deliver promotional materials and collect contact information.
- Nurture and grow existing business in the territory, meeting revenue targets.
- Provide case coverage in operating rooms and support in‑service training events.
- Report sales forecasts and update the CRM system weekly with all account activities.
- Monitor local market developments and advise Kerecis on trends.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director and RSS on weekly action plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of business‑to‑business sales experience.
