About the role

The OPM & Construction Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of construction projects, from design through closeout, ensuring coordination across permitting, quality control, scheduling, and budgeting. The role also mentors junior staff and collaborates closely with project leadership to anticipate downstream impacts of execution decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of assigned projects, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute client‑facing communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across stakeholders.
• Maintain clear task assignments, milestone tracking, and documentation systems.
• Generate and review progress metrics against KPIs, budgets, and schedules, providing insights for timely course corrections.
• Manage project financial inputs, including budget tracking, cost reporting, and basic forecasting.
• Coordinate procurement and relocation activities, aligning specifications with logistics and vendor capabilities.

Required profile

• Typically 7+ years of project management experience in construction or related industries.
