About the role
The Project Manager oversees project execution from design through closeout, coordinating permitting, construction, quality control, scheduling, and budget management while enhancing the client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain clear task assignments, milestone tracking, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop and execute client communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across stakeholders.
- Manage financial inputs such as budget tracking, cost reporting, and basic forecasting analysis.
Required profile
- Typically 7+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or related industries.
- Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player who models professionalism.
Required skills
- Fluency in project management software.
- Analytical ability to interpret metrics and budget data for informed decision‑making.
