Operations Voice Manager

About the role

Competitive Range Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Voice Manager to lead the executive support group for a Department of Defense program. You will oversee government‑furnished voice communication systems and ensure continuous, secure operation across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain VoIP, VoSIP, ACD, and TDM voice systems 24x7x365, including all related equipment.
• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance program, applying patches, vendor upgrades, and security/compliance fixes.
• Monitor system performance, generate metrics, and take corrective actions to meet service level targets.
• Manage incident tickets, troubleshoot issues, and restore full operational capability quickly.
• Maintain documentation, ensure compatibility with long‑distance and local exchange networks, and support configuration management.
• Administer voice mail and E911 databases, perform testing, and resolve problems.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in voice communications technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Security+ certification.
