About the role

We are a Phoenix‑based recycling company seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities in our plastics recycling division. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production, high quality standards, and safe handling of recyclable materials.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across the recycling floor.
Monitor production processes to meet efficiency and quality targets.
Oversee staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
Ensure proper handling, sorting, and processing of recyclable plastics.
Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with management on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Minimum age of 30 years.
Experience in the plastic industry is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and organisational abilities.
Own reliable vehicle.
