About the role

As Silna experiences explosive growth, we are looking for a talented Operations hire to join our NYC team. The role will design and optimize insurance workflows, create SOPs, and collaborate across a lean, high‑performing team to drive real‑world impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize core workflows for eligibility checks, benefit verifications, and prior authorizations.
• Partner with engineering to identify automation opportunities and apply AI‑first solutions to automate key workflows.
• Create SOPs to ensure consistent, accurate task completion across the operations team.
• Lead a team of insurance specialists, providing guidance and ensuring operational excellence.
• Build robust tracking systems to provide visibility into operational performance and analyze data to develop strategies for accelerating progress.

Required profile

• 1‑4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or related fields; experience with insurance or healthcare workflows is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, collaborative and detail‑oriented.
