Operations Coordinator - Assembly

About the role

The Operations Coordinator – Assembly provides administrative and operational support to the Field Assembly organization, handling purchasing, clean‑room supply management, new‑hire onboarding, and clean‑room training. The role links Assembly, Purchasing, Quality, HR and other teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing of production consumables, PPE, office supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize, clean and inventory clean‑room supplies, ensuring ready availability of PPE, garments and cleaning materials.
• Coordinate new‑hire onboarding activities, documentation, equipment, and first‑day training.
• Lead clean‑room training for new and existing staff, track completion and schedule refresher sessions.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, maintain production records, schedule meetings and assist with audits.

Required profile

• High school diploma (associate degree preferred) with 5+ years in manufacturing, production, operations or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in environments with industrial hazards.
• Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends or on‑call.
