Operations and Client Success Manager - Short-Term Rental

About the role

A fast-growing luxury short-term rental and hospitality company, which manages high-end vacation homes and delivers concierge-level guest experiences, is hiring a full-time Operations and Client Success Manager. The role bridges guest experience, operational excellence and growth, ensuring properties meet quality standards while driving supplemental sales and maintaining strong relationships with property owners. It is a leadership position open to real estate professionals who think like owners, working in the PST timezone.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee guest communications with a strict ten-minute response time requirement.
• Manage cleaning reports and review property photos so every home meets the company's SOP standards.
• Refine existing workflows and create new SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Keep property owners informed and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Spend about one hour daily on supplemental sales activities to drive revenue growth.
• Run "Think Like An Owner" projects aimed at improving the bottom line and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and report team performance against base KPIs and the "Focus of the Month".

Required profile

• Senior-level experience in Real Estate or Hospitality.
• Proven mastery of objection handling and high-level negotiation.
• Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in the short-term or vacation rental industry.
• Availability to work a strict PST 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with cold calling, cold emailing and discovery calls.
• Proficiency with Slack and Monday.com.
