OpenText VIM Lead Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

Infosys Digital Experience (DX) is seeking an OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Lead Consultant to join its team in Richardson, TX. The role combines project leadership with deep technical expertise in OpenText VIM and SAP, ensuring stable and efficient invoice processing for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for OpenText VIM, including troubleshooting invoice processing, workflows, document ingestion, and SAP integration.
• Monitor and maintain OpenText VIM, ICC/BCC (Capture Center), Archive Center, and related components.
• Analyze application logs, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.
• Support month‑end and business‑critical invoice processing activities.
• Manage VIM workflows, queues, roles, and user access.
• Coordinate with SAP FI/AP teams on integration issues and perform system health checks.
• Lead upgrades, patches, migrations, and routine system maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge‑transfer materials, and support reports.
• Participate in problem‑management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with OpenText VIM.
• Strong understanding of SAP Accounts Payable, SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and related OpenText modules (Archive Center, ICC/BCC).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as required.
