About the role

Kelly is seeking an On‑Site Operations Supervisor to lead a team of operational professionals at its Indianapolis location. You will coordinate daily activities, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth execution of site processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and empower teams while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with all management levels to solve complex operational problems.
• Adapt to evolving business priorities and ensure attention to detail in all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with temporary workers, customer leads, account services staff, and other partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of employee management or employee‑relations experience.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate operational staff.
• Proven ability to optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and streamline workflows.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose root causes and implement timely solutions.
• Excellent communication and detail‑orientation.
