On-Site Property Manager – St. Marin

About the role

The Community/Property Manager will oversee daily operations of an assigned apartment community in St. Marin, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue performance.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, prepare monthly financial reports, and handle bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, process evictions, and collect fees.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies based on market trends to achieve occupancy goals.
• Supervise property staff through hiring, training, performance management, and ensure high resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Competence in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
• Valid driver’s license (including ability to operate a golf cart on‑site).
• All required state and local licenses/certifications for property management.
