On-Premise Sales Representative – Malibu

About the role

We are looking for an energetic On‑Premise Sales Representative to manage and grow our beer, wine and spirits accounts in Malibu. The role involves direct interaction with customers, planning sales routes, and promoting supplier brands to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow an efficient daily routing pattern to visit assigned accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities on each account, complete required surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage back‑bar and well placements.
• Maintain product inventory levels, restock shelves where legally permissible, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars and product knowledge sessions.
• Process account receivables, handle credits, returns, and follow up on aged balances.
• Address customer issues, deliver products in extenuating circumstances, and coordinate with management as needed.
• Achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals set for supplier brands.
• Collect payments or deliver checks where allowed and support new account openings.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
• Strong passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced selling environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
