On-Premise Sales Representative

About the role

We are experts in the beer, wine and spirits industry seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to grow account relationships in Hilton Head, SC. The role involves direct customer interaction, product promotion, and achieving sales targets while representing our family‑based culture.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing pattern.
• Identify sales opportunities, complete surveys, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage bar placements and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where legally permissible, and conduct staff training on priority brands.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables, collecting payments when allowed.
• Address customer issues, provide product deliveries in extenuating circumstances, and refer escalations to management.
• Achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management for supplier brands.
• Support new account openings by preparing opening orders with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for customer visits.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
