About the role
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and team members at Avalonvi. The role combines front‑desk duties with basic administrative support, helping to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointments, meeting room bookings and the reception area schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional front‑office environment.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support daily office operations and assist with ad‑hoc administrative projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable and team‑oriented.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling software and data entry.
