Occupational Therapist

About the role

Logan Health is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to deliver high‑quality OT services in accordance with state guidelines, Medicare policies and the organization’s standards. The role supports the mission of compassionate, innovative care while working on a day shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and delegate OT services to ensure competent and efficient patient care.
• Administer individualized OT treatment, document all services promptly, and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set goals and facilitate discharge.
• Participate in departmental projects and community programs to enhance rehabilitation services.

Required profile

• Current Montana Occupational Therapist license or graduate of an accredited OT program with license obtained within 30 days of hire.
• RQI Provider (BLS) certification within seven days of hire or before independent patient care.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Montana OT licensure (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• RQI Provider (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software.
